Will EFT's Founder Be Retiring To a New
Career? (NOTE: The article below has been reprinted, in part, with the permission of Ann Adams, Editor of the website, "EFTMastersWorldwide". To read what other EFT Masters have to say about the retirement of EFT's Founder, Gary Craig, visit http://www.eftmastersworldwide.com) Considering his amazing energy and resourcefulness, the hope expressed in this title is in my opinion likely to be a reality when Gary Craig removes himself formally from the EFT scene in March of this year. According to his recent announcement (see http://www.emofree.com/archives/archive704.htm - Gary's Retirement Blog – note that he states in the blog that he will retire on January 15 but he has since changed that date to March 1) Gary's stepping back from EFT will usher in a new focus for his life and talents. At the least, in light of his impressive talents and enthusiasms, we can be quite sure that the coming era in Gary's life will not consist of just a leisurely stroll on the beach. It is much more likely to involve some new project. This first stage of EFT has been an adventure for all of us. Let me reminisce a bit… I remember the day I first heard of Gary Craig and realized that he was bringing an unusual vitality to what was then a only a very small tapping community. "Who is this man?" I wondered, "How does his work differ from Roger Callahan's, from Fred Gallo's, from my own?" I was soon to find out.
Why Is Tapping on One's Own to Control Appetite Not Used More Often? by Patricia Carrington
I also remember repeatedly watching Gary Craig start off his workshops with his Hershey Kisses demo – on several occasions I was co-teaching with Gary at these workshops and took an active role in the demonstrations. I have also known of hundreds of other EFT Practitioners who have used food cravings as a remarkable demonstration of the power of tapping. It makes a superb convincer. But, in my long experience with the tapping therapies – I have been using them for 22 years – I don't think I have ever had a client or someone in an audience tell me that they had been using tapping to control unwanted food cravings at home on their own on any kind of regular basis. This is particularly striking because people regularly report almost every conceivable way of using tapping on their own. Their applications range from using it to reduce allergic reactions or mosquito bites to saving someone's life in intensive care through surrogate tapping, and so on.

New Internet Series Combines Spiritual Traditions With Tapping "EFT is but the doorstep to a far grander Palace of Possibilities…. As remarkable as it now seems, EFT … will someday be tossed away as a mere introduction to the exquisite beauty that is our birthright. It points to a future mental state where disease, war and resentments do not exist. …. " from Gary Craig's Retirement Blog (http://emofree.com, enter "Gary's Retirement Blog" in the Search box) Below is a brief article from Shifra Hendrie, creator of this teleseminar series: From Darkness to Light: Living a Miraculous Life As we continue throughout this week to celebrate Gary's enormous contribution to the world, it is also an opportunity for us to begin an exploration into that "far grander Palace of Possibilities"; the deeper, as-yet-untapped levels of our own potential. By doing this we can at last uncover the secrets to bringing complete and lasting healing and wholeness to ourselves and our world. There is no time more fitting for this than now. Not only because this is a time of year when people are still focused on newness and on potential, but because of where we are in our collective journey toward our destiny. (To read more see page 4)
While Wendy Carrington Is No Longer With Us, Her First Book-Magazine Is Our Gain Regrettably for those of us in the tapping community, Wendy Carrington, creator of the brand new "Self-Help Gazette", a beautiful book-magazine largely devoted to Meridian Tapping, passed away on January 8 after her long battle with cancer and attendant illnesses. Wendy was my sister-in-law and close friend. I had been looking forward to helping her with the success of her unusual internet publication which launched a new career for her, Wendy was formerly a hat designer. The Self Help Gazette is still available, entirely FREE of charge, online – you can view or download this unique flip-page publication by going to: http://www.selfhelpgazette.com. I know Wendy would have loved to have you browse it leisurely and "enjoy".
